6-8 Tortillas
400 g planted.chicken Lemon & Herb
150 g leeks, washed, curled
100 g endive, plucked
2-3 tbsp kidney beans, cooked
2 green jalapeno, sliced
30 g Vegan hard cheese, crumbled(e.g. Gondino Stagionato)
4 Radishes, sliced
½ bunch of chives, finely chopped
1tablespoon olive oil (for sautéing)
For the sauce
50 g Soy yogurt, natural
1 Garlic clove, pressed
½ bunch of chives, finely chopped
½ Lime, juice
A little salt + pepper

Preparation fajita filling:
Heat frying pan with a little oil, sauté leeks in it. Cover and steam for about 5 minutes. Then salt, remove and keep warm. Add Planted.chicken Lemon & Herb to the same pan, sauté for about 5 Min. stirring occasionally and keep warm.

Preparation sauce:
Put crème fraîche in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients, mix and season.

Dressing:
Warm tortillas in oven for about 4-6 minutes. Spread sauce on preheated tortillas. Top with remaining ingredients and roll up carefully. Enjoy while still warm.
